3rd Annual Superbowl Breakfast

It was a game to remember. Not this year's, but the one three years ago. The undefeated Patriots versus an inexperienced Eli Manning and the Giants. For some reason we all bet against the Patriots. Maybe it was because the payout on bodog.com was 6:1, or we just wanted to pull for the underdog. All I know is that as soon as Eli made that last charge down the field and threw for the game winning touchdown it officially became the best Superbowl ever.

On this same fateful day and against all odds a few guys decided they were going to wake up early and make a ridiculous breakfast. It would be composed of the best breakfast foods imaginable in servings that would leave you unbuckling your pants and wanting to take a nap. This communion of best friends would mark the 1st annual Superbowl Sunday Breakfast. This year we celebrated our 3rd communion, some of the faces have changed and some of the founding members were unable to join - however, they were all there in spirit and some even joined in on a teleconference. Here is to keeping the tradition alive. Wherever our life paths take us, may we reconvene once again, on a fateful Sunday where titans battle once again on the field for glory.
